NAPA Financial Hardship Assistance Program North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA) is dedicated to providing quality healthcare and an exceptional service experience to our patients, their families, and the communities we serve. As such, we understand that the costs associated with managing a healthcare condition can be overwhelming and may create a genuine hardship. For this reason, NAPA offers a Financial Hardship Assistance Program to those patients who qualify, which can help ease this burden by reducing or eliminating your cost of care obligation. Income Guidelines The program is designed to help patients who have received emergency or other medically necessary services but are uninsured, underinsured, or have exhausted their benefits for a particular service. It is important that you download, fully complete, and submit the financial assistance application (accessible below) and provide all required supporting documentation. Your application must be submitted within fifteen (15) calendar days of receiving your bill. Applications without supporting documentation cannot be processed, will be deemed incomplete, and will not be considered for financial assistance.
